What you’re purchasing

- Redistribution or resale of the handbook is prohibited.

Shen Library
Shen Library is a separate online service purchased as a one-time payment. Access continues for the lifetime of the Shen Library service.
Purchases are final, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
We do not issue refunds automatically. If a full refund is issued, or a payment dispute is decided against the purchase, Library access ends. Partial refunds, open disputes and disputes decided in favour of the purchase do not affect access.
Where legally applicable, checkout requires this express request before immediate Library access begins:
“I expressly request immediate access to Shen Library before any applicable withdrawal period ends. I understand that, where applicable law provides, my withdrawal right may be affected once access begins. I have read and agree to the Shen Library Terms.”
These Library terms are identified as version library-terms-2026-10-02.
